About Green River Capital

Green River Capital ("GRC") was formed under the premise that a higher level of REO management needed to be offered to the industry. Experienced professionals who utilize cutting-edge technology and a network of highly skilled and diligent attorneys, brokers, appraisers, contractors and title professionals form the basis of GRC. Because of reduced asset loads combined with measurable performance standards, GRC managers are able to monitor their assets more closely and maximize returns for our clients. GRC believes in measuring and reporting performance on an asset-by-asset basis, instead of portfolio averages.

The GRC management team offers a unique combination of experience in asset management and disposition. Members of the senior management team, Christopher West (President) and Maggie Matthes (SVP) and Aviva Bush (VP) have a proven record of profitably growing businesses with integrity. In the past, Mr. West successfully grew one of the largest REO departments in the country from 1,500 assets to an average of over 14,000 assets. The key to the success of this growth, and the related success of the portfolio performance, was the ability to manage a network of over 10,000 REO real estate brokers while not outsourcing any of this work. Additionally, 20-year industry veteran, Maggie Matthes, has worked as an executive in the servicing business managing both finance and operations for Residential Funding Corporation and Fairbanks Capital. Aviva Bush, an attorney and Closing VP, has recently joined the GRC executive team to assist us in our growth. Aviva's history has been as a Vice President of Closing at both Fidelity and Fairbanks Capital, where she successfully managed both companies closings to over 1,100 assets per month.

Another member of the executive management team is Eric Felman (Director of Client Management). Eric has been in the asset management business for over 10 years and his key role is to ensure that all of our client's needs are met. Eric will visit all of our clients quarterly, be involved in all client issues or concerns assuring client satisfaction. His sole responsibility is to relay back to GRC management any and all changes that need to be made to ensure GRC is indispensible to its clients.

All GRC managers are well-practiced in the REO and/or real estate industries. The result is a company flexible in its practices and dedicated to understanding and managing growth in order to exceed our client's expectations.
