Green River Capital Expands BPO Presence with Infinity Valuation Services
Niche valuations provider focuses exclusively on distressed properties
DALLAS, June 7, 2010 – Green River Capital (GRC), an REO asset management and loss mitigation provider for mortgage servicers, investment firms and banking institutions, announced at the 2010 REO Expo that it has leveraged its broker-priced opinion (BPO) expertise to launch a full-service valuation company, Infinity Valuation Services (IVS). With a focus on loss mitigation and REO properties, IVS facilitates interior and exterior BPOs, appraisals and offers property inspections. All of these products are offered on its proprietary BPO management system, allowing clients full transparency of their BPOs and order status.
